Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at accessmha.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group until March 31, 2025, and with Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences effective April 1, 2025 and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group.
